Help with Raleigh Technium Supercourse

Hello everyone

I bought this bike made in US second hand and I was curious to know the manufacture year.

Unfortunately the serial number is barely readable.

Here what I can read R?312?03

At the place of the question mark, it seems to be either an “8” or a “0“. I would exclude that is a 1980 bike because I think there was not yet US production that year.

I read the catalogue here https://www.kurtkaminer.com/TH_raleigh_cat_usa86.html but what I can find is EITHER a Supercourse OR Technium bikes (without Supercourse). All the models in the catalogue look different than mine.

Does anybody know the manufacture years of Raleigh Technium Supercourse in US ?

Finally! Thanks bro!
nice robust bike, isn’t? I bought it here in Switzerland from a US expat and I don’t see any other Technium around. Maybe in US there are still many left
